Corporate Drum Show for Events, Conferences and Openings

A corporate drum show is the moment the room stops looking at its phones and turns back to the stage. RhythmMen has worked corporate events since 2008: conference and forum openings, new-product launches, award nights, company parties for 50 guests and for 5,000. In that time we have played more than 500 open conferences and forums in Kyiv, across Ukraine and in 15 more countries.

What a drum show at a corporate event is

It is a staged act of 5 to 45 minutes in which several drummers work as one rhythmic machine: synchronised hits, movement across the stage, choreography and light. Unlike a cover band, a drum show opening an event does not need to warm the room up — the energy of rhythm works from the first second and lands equally well with Ukrainian and international guests.

We offer several formats and match them to the goal of the event:

• Classic drum show — a powerful opening act for a conference, forum or presentation.
• Ethno-percussion — Afro-Cuban, Brazilian, Caribbean and Ukrainian rhythms for themed parties.
• Steel-barrel show — an industrial sound for car launches and technology brands.
• Drum-DJ — drummers together with a DJ: live rhythm over electronic music for the evening part.
• LED drum show — light-up drums and costumes for a darkened hall, extended with fire and laser elements.

How the performance runs

A typical corporate programme is built like this:

1. Opening. A 5–7-minute act that gathers the attention of the room before the host or the first speaker comes out. We often pair it with a logo reveal or the start of a video.
2. Ceremonial moment. Rhythmic accompaniment to a ribbon cutting, the unveiling of a car, an award presentation or the management walking on stage.
3. Interactive. We invite guests on stage: within minutes, even people with no musical background are playing with us. If needed, we prepare VIP guests or top managers in advance to join the act — for the team it always works as a surprise. Every block is agreed with the organiser and the host to the minute — for business events that is critical.
